With my ‘Storytelling in Design’ book about to be sent to production and our baby girl being 7 months old, I’m kicking off running workshops again and will give a new one related to my book in London, Copenhagen and Stockholm this spring.
The workshop isn’t solely aimed at UX designers but will benefit designers, strategists, marketers, product owners, business leaders, founders and anyone who’s involved in creating digital experiences. If you have a love for storytelling, books and films then it’ll be of particular interest.
The workshop is very hands-on and will mix slide presentations (no boring text slides here) with group exercises. It’s focused on how to use storytelling methods to help understand, define and deliver solutions that involve different touchpoints, devices, input methods, actors and users.
It’s a full day workshop with the doors opening at 8.30 for an informal chat over some light morning refreshments with the actual workshop starting at 9am.
It’s being held at three really great companies and venues that I’m super excited to have partnered with:
Copenhagen – 16 May: The day before my birthday we’ll be over at Jayway’s office close to Kongens Have and Nyhavn.
More info and tickets here >
Stockholm – 30 May: The last workshop will be run out of Valtech’s office which is in the old Royal Mint building.
More info and tickets here >
London – 12 June: The first workshop will be run out of ustwo’s London studio in Shoreditch.
More info and tickets here >
Fika, or fikor (plural) are of course included. As are lunch, all the material, additional reading and a copy of my book when it is published later this year (expected this summer).
There are team tickets available so you can work on your own project/ product and early bird prices are currently running for all three workshops.
If you have any questions about any of the workshops send me an email.
Hope to see you at one of them.
