It’s the second week where things have been slightly up in the air and where incidents with kitty have resulted in a change of plans work wise and falling behind on a number of things.
I haven’t had any time to work on anything byflock related but that’s fine. I’m glad I got to go to Sweden and our appointment with the specialist vet is tomorrow rather than Friday as that would have meant rebooking my flights.
These last two weeks, though not heavily startup focused, have still taught me a few things and provided perspective on aspects that may otherwise fall to the back of your mind. It’s made me stop somewhat because I have to. Re-priorities my time and decisions. Though these kind of situations hopefully happen very seldomly they can happen and it’s a useful thing to have at the back of your mind – “What would you do if…?”, or more importantly “Would you be able to handle it if…?“. We don’t need, or shouldn’t in my view, have all the scenarios worked out but ensuring we have something to fall back on, or at least have discussed how we would act should something happen is very useful. Not everyone has the same view on what is important and it can be good to be clear on those things up front.
Tomorrow – Day 310 | The only way to conquer your fear is by facing it
