Being at a conference surrounded by people pursuing their dream of starting and building a company is incredibly inspiring. I’m sure I wasn’t the only one wishing I had more time to dedicate to my own company and products. And before I knew it that’s just what I have.
The month of August and September was meant to be filled with part time freelance work and part time byflock work. As it so happened due to a contract with the BBC that starting earlier than expected, the month of September turned out to be a month with full time freelance work and less time to byflock. Today is the last of my two week’s off from freelancing and I’ve been getting in contact with the other agency that I’ve worked with to check if they still need me. It turns out that it’s gone a bit quieter so seems I now have the time that I was wishing for to work on my own things. As the old saying goes…. “Be careful what you wish for” cause it might just come true. I’m now with one less steady income but on the positive side, more time to really get things going.
