Day 154 | Sleep, sleep, sleep

The last few days I’ve started to feel a little closer to all of my friends who have kids and constantly talk about being tired. Contrary to them I got 11.5 hours of sleep last night but I still feel knackered.

Working through the night is not the problem. And neither is the day after. At least it wasn’t on Thursday as I was so excited about presenting our work that it kept me going all day. It’s the days after and when you actually start to get a bit of sleep again and relax that you realise how tired you actually are. Despite my 11.5 hours last night I only lasted until about 8pm last night before heading home from my friend’s birthday party. Then again I guess I’d been drinking Pimms since 1pm so that probably had something to do with it.
