There are pros and cons to freelancing and today was a day of both in the sense that on Friday I was asked to take today off. It’s not great as I’m not looking to take any more holiday at the moment, even if it’s just a day, but on the bright side it has given me a whole day to work on byflock.
I’ve managed to get a lot done and with the news that it’s I should take tomorrow off as well and come in on Wednesday I’ll have another full day tomorrow for working on byFlock. Two full days. A rare luxury. And that’s how I’m trying to see it. However, I have planned on being fully booked with freelance work at the moment as I’ve had quite a bit of time “off” from it this year and there are a number of bank holidays and the summer holidays coming up. But, as I said, it is great in the sense that I can work on byflock and I am looking forward to another day where I can be flexible and head out and work from a cafe for a while. That is after all what I want.
