It’s Friday and I’m looking forward to lazy mornings, long breakfasts and runs with D. Though it’s only been a three day work week I’m more than ever in need of some headspace and time to catch up on my own things.
When I’m really busy I see a clear pattern between my mood and the the time I get to spend with myself. The less time I have the less happy I am. Over the last 1 1/2 weeks I haven’t gone for a single run, I’ve been in the office early and I’ve been around people all the time. My inbox is piling up with and so is my frustration. It’s time for some me time. No musts. Just doing what I want to do.
