Every now and then you do something or reach a place that gives you that feeling that everything is ok. That what ever trouble you might have had, it’s gone. In those moment nothing but right now matters.
I often get that feeling when I go for an early morning run, or late in the evening when the sun is setting and the park is empty. In those moments my mind is clear and I’m truly happy.
Whatever those moments are, prioritise them. They are food for the soul.
