To overcome the distance factor that is the downside of living in different parts of the city, we’ve started meeting up in cafes to work through the ideas. It’s a bit of trial and error to find one with that is quite enough so you can sit down for a while and with wifi.
Cafes (and airports) are some of the places where I feel most inspired. I’ve had some of my best working days being sat in a cafe, but depending on the cafe and the people there, you may have a few too many nosey ears and eyes around you, eagerly listening in, or leaning in for that matter, to find out what you’re doing. Pulling out big sketching pads, laptops and the rest of the attire also requires a fair bit of space.
Our travelling office is in its early days and we’ve consulted lists like TimeOut’s Where to find free wifi in London, but until you try it, it’s hard to know how busy it will be. So, I turned to Twitter.
